there's no place like home.

so, after over a week of being home, i've been extremely slack in updating this blog. i finally decided to post about the goings on in my household.

currently, i am procrastinating from studying, making three pairs of pyjama shorts for my sisters and i, and a tutu for the littlest for her fourth birthday in a week. so my desk is pretty much full of fabric, maths notes, paintings by my sisters, chocolate eggs and a mass of coloured pens & highlighters and i love it that way =]]. it's my little slightly organised mess. oh, and don't forget the chocolate icecream =]].

so i've been back for a week, and i'm pretty happy to be home. it rained basically every day on hamilton island, except for the approx. two hours when the wedding took place, then it started to rain, again. i also have issues with not sleeping in my own bed, and not being able to be really really comfortable in my own home. i think i have separation anxiety from my home. is that possible? was pretty happy to see my boyfriend when i got back too =]]. 

apparently the children of my school in year nine have a burn book posted on myspace. i have used my account for the first time in months and am currently waiting, not very patiently mind you, to read this burn book, but i have to wait for them to accept me to be able to read it. life is tough. what's the bet that all the teachers find out within the first week of school and they all get into trouble. massive scandal, but, before it gets shut down, i want to read it, haha.

i think i'm going to go and finish one of these garments that i am currently in the process of creating, will upload a photo of the tutu when i'm done =]].
